Ash Salon Policies
Skin test — skin tests are required for all new colour clients at least 48 hours before your appointment if you haven’t been to the salon for a colour service within 12 months or/and if you have changed or are now on medication a skin test is also required.
New colour clients — we welcome all new clients to the salon, although before we can make your colour appointment, we require that you attend a consultation appointment. This is where the stylist will assess the service required for your colour appointment and apply your skin test. If using the app or booking online please book in a colour consultation first and speak to a stylist before booking in a colour appointment.
Deposits — a deposit of £20 is required for colour services that require a longer appointment time. These mainly include colour changes and correction appointments. Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations — if you wish to cancel please give at least 48 hours’ notice otherwise a charge of 10% will occur, this will be taken off the details used at time of booking or added to your next appointment.
No shows — if your appointment is missed/no show then a charge of 50% of the service will be taken.
Discounts — we currently only operate our ‘treat cards’ which is the barcoded point system cards, points can only be added on the day of your service. All other discount cards can no longer be accepted.
Late policy — please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment it will be up to the discretion of the stylist if she can complete your full service. A reduced service may be required or a re-booking made. Due to the current COVID restrictions, it is more important than ever that we ask that guests are on time and we will need to enforce this policy for everyone’s safety.
Satisfaction — all our stylists are highly trained and experienced but if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your service, we ask that you ring the salon within 72hours of your appointment and we will be happy to remedy any issues. We do not issue refunds.
All policies of ash Heaton Moor are enforced at management’s discretion.
